Advising asset management teams on the ground
Advice on personnel management of asset management teams on the ground, effectiveness evaluation, quality control of personnel performance
Quality control of commercial property management services, technical facility management and infrastructural management rendered by external service providers
Advice on and work with external legal advisors – arrears management with tenants, disputes with service providers and contractors etc.
